Every AzuPet product is personalised and made just for you, so production happens after you order.

• Production: 2–4 business days (we review and approve every design before printing)
• Delivery: 3–6 business days Australia-wide once shipped
• Total: most orders arrive within 5–10 business days

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number as soon as it ships.
