Is the Pet Licence a real licence?

No — it's a novelty keepsake, clearly marked as such. It's not a government document and doesn't replace council pet registration or microchipping. It does, however, make an excellent backup ID: the back includes your phone number and your pet's microchip number.

What photo should I upload?

A clear, well-lit photo of your pet's face works best — front-on, like a (much cuter) passport photo. Avoid blurry shots and heavy filters. If your photo won't print well, we'll email you for a new one before printing — we check every order.

Can I write my own licence class?

Absolutely — that's the fun part. Keep it family-friendly; we review custom text before printing and may ask you to revise anything offensive or anything imitating official government wording.

Which states do you offer?

All of them: NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, TAS, NT and ACT — each with its own colourway and licence number prefix.

How long does it take?

What if I made a typo in my order?

Email us at contact@shop-azu.com as soon as possible. If it hasn't gone to print yet, we'll fix it free.
